Popping up to say hello (or more likely eat) with delicate red fins resting over the lip of his extravagant bowl that sits at 9 inches tall with a gold ornate pattern around the top and base along with a pair of thin vines for him to swim around. A small happy smile crosses his face between a pair of round eyes as his black body leads into the red tips of his fin and tail. This plush is packed to the seams with 100% PP cotton and is made of a mixture of metallic, transparent pvc, sublimated and normal minky materials, absolutely perfect for cuddling or just being the perfect pet!
