Description
Peggy Carter was a British agent of the Strategic Scientific Reserve during World War II, a staunch ally of Captain America and later one of the founders of SHIELD. In another timeline, however, Steve Rogers was injured by a HYDRA spy and the legendary Super Soldier Serum went to Carter instead!
The newly-promoted Captain Carter set out to smash Nazis across the war front with her trusty vibranium shield, which is painted in the patterns of the Union Jack. Much like Captain America, a heroic sacrifice cast Carter seventy years into the future, leaving her a soldier out of time. This made her a perfect candidate to be recruited by The Watcher to join his Guardians of the Multiverse!
